New Projects

This week we all remembered our medication so class was a tad bit calmer. Marianne had a new project ready to go and the high fire kiln was unloaded and it's treasures revealed.

The sun was out.
The sky was blue.

We're Back!

New year, new beginnings. We had a full house in class with a few visitors thrown in for good measure. Lots of catch-up with funny to very sad tales. But, the clay goes on......and around.......

October 1, 2011

Not much to report this week. I neglected to bring my camera so no action shots. Marianne did a great demo that will be continued next week so I promise to update you then. Meanwhile, here are some pictures of my Spirit Woman that I rakued last week.

Saturday Morning Pottery Class

Welcome!

Just about every Saturday morning around 10AM you will find us gathering in the pottery studio on the hill.

We are:
Marianne - Fearless Leader and Master Teacher
             Students:    Amy
                               Cindy
                               Donna
                               Emily
Esther & Steve (They come as a set)
                               Gina
                               Kris
                               Nita
                               Susan
                               And other occasional
                                  drop-in students and friends

We have been together as a class for many years with others that have come and gone. It's more than a simple pottery class. We have bonded like slip to green ware. And so we want to share the fun with our family and friends. Now you can see what we have been doing all these years.
